Shipping Charges:

For 1 pair of shoes shipping is £2.98 and then add just £ 1 for each additional pair of shoes. For boots  it is £3.78 and then just add £1.80 for each additional  pair. Shipping cost are calculated automatically on checkout. All items will be shipped the next working day by Royal Mail First Class.

Easy Returns and Exchange Policy:

Unwanted or unsuitable items can be returned within 14 days in unworn and unused condition in the original packaging.  You will receive a refund for the item price (not the postage) as soon as the shoes are received  and checked by us.The return postage is paid by the buyer. An exception will be made in the unlikely case of a faulty item. For exchanges the new item will be sent out to you completely free of charge.
